As founder and Manager Director of the TQM Group (encompassing TQM Recruitment Services & TQM Consulting Services), Sandy Lamb is an experienced and tertiary qualified consultant in human resources, recruitment and career counselling, with over 20 years experience in the recruitment industry. Having worked in some high profile Recruitment Agencies and spent his previous 20 years in a mix of management roles both in Australia and the UK, Sandy recognises the need for a more personalised, caring approach to the management of the individual needs of both candidates and clients.
