what to expect
On arrival at our offices for an interview you will be asked to fill out three forms:
- A standard application form
- An applicant declaration
- A personality profile
The interview will last for at least 2 hours though you will need to make 3 hours available to allow you to absorb the company information, ask questions and to allow the consultant to provide you with feedback on your interview skills.
The interview format is quite structured and covers all the points stated in the advertisement for the position or the pre-interview information shared with you.
You therefore need to consider how your background, experience and qualifications fit with the description of the job and to provide examples to illustrate your answers.
